1. Rental Services
Borrow and Bloom provides rental services for Montessori-inspired toys. By renting toys from Borrow and Bloom, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Rental Period
Rental periods are agreed upon individually with the owner of Borrow and Bloom at the time of booking.
3. Late Returns
- All items must be returned by 5:00 PM on the agreed-upon return date.
- If an item is returned late, a late fee equal to the daily rental fee will be charged for each item for up to 2 days maximum.
- After 2 days, the replacement cost of the item will be charged to your credit card on file.
4. Damage and Wear Policy
- Normal wear and tear that does not impact the function of the toy is expected and acceptable.
- If a toy is returned damaged but repairable, you will be charged the cost of the repair.
- If a toy is returned damaged beyond repair or with missing pieces, you will be charged the replacement cost.
- Items not returned will also incur the replacement cost.
Borrow and Bloom will email you in writing if any fees apply, and you will have 48 hours to rectify the issue before your credit card on file is charged.
5. Payment and Fees
- You authorize Borrow and Bloom to keep your credit card information on file for the purpose of charging rental fees, late fees, repair costs, and/or replacement costs as outlined in this agreement.
- Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider.
6. Liability
- Borrow and Bloom is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur while using the rented toys.
- You agree to use all toys as intended and to supervise children during play.
7. Data Collection and Privacy
- Borrow and Bloom collects your credit card information, including your address, and signature to process rentals securely.
- This information is shared only with our payment processing provider and is stored in a locked safe.
- We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By renting toys from Borrow and Bloom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
