Frequently Asked Questions

The goal is to rent toys, not germs. We clean and sanitize the toys between rentals. We use Force of Nature which is an EPA registered medical-grade disinfectant and sanitizer. Force of Nature is both safe for you, and the environment, and effective against germs. Force of Nature is free of dyes, fragrances, bleach, alcohol and harmful chemicals. 

At this point we only accept cash, e-transfer, or debit at time of pick up. Although we are working towards accepting credit  in the near future.

Over time we expect items to gain adventure marks (typical wear and tear that does not impact the function of the toy). Please help us keep our toys in great shape by treating them as you would your own.

Fees are applied for the following situations:
1.  Toys that are returned broken, if repairable you will be charged for the fee to repair it.

2. If an item is returned with pieces missing, or damaged, you will be charged the replacement cost.

3. Items that are not returned will be charged to replace the item.

Please note, we will email you in writing if any of these fees apply to the items and will give you a chance to rectify this within 48hours of the email then your Credit Card on file will be charged.

We ask that toys be returned by the 5pm deadline. However, if for some reason the toys are not returned on time you will be charged for another day of rental.

If the toy is not returned within 2 days of the agreed upon return date/time you will then be charged for the replacement of the item.

Sadly our toys are not for sale, but we are happy to share where we have sourced toys from if you are interested in buying any of them.

We currently service the North Durham area. Pick up is available in Uxbridge (seven days a week) or Port Perry (Monday to Friday), limited availability for Oshawa pick up too. Delivery and pick up can be arranged to surrounding areas for an additional fee.
